Getting here from Gledswood Hills

The clinic is a ground floor shopfront at Shop 4, 23 Fairwater Drive with free off-street parking directly outside, so there is no meter to feed and no stairs between the car and reception.

Monday and Friday run through to 7:00 PM, and both weekend mornings are staffed, so an appointment does not have to come out of a work day.

No referral is needed, and HICAPS is on site so your health fund rebate is processed at the appointment and you pay only the gap.

Before You Book From Gledswood Hills

Common questions about acupuncture near Gledswood Hills.

Is there parking at the clinic?

Yes — free off-street parking directly outside Shop 4, 23 Fairwater Drive, at every hour we are open. The clinic is a ground floor shopfront, so there are no stairs between the car and reception.

Does acupuncture hurt?

Most patients feel minimal to no discomfort. Acupuncture needles are extremely fine — much thinner than injection needles. Many patients find treatments deeply relaxing.

How many sessions will I need?

It depends on the condition. Acute issues may respond in three to six sessions, while long-standing conditions may need ongoing care. Your practitioner will set out a plan at the first visit.

Can I book with a specific practitioner?

Yes. Each practitioner on our team page links straight to their own calendar rather than a general queue, so you can book with the person you have seen before.

Is any of this covered by Medicare?

Standard consultations are not, and there is no bulk billing for them. The narrow exception is a GP Chronic Disease Management plan, which requires an eligible chronic condition and a GP referral — bring the paperwork if you have one.

Why is my gap different from someone else's?

The clinic sets one fee per appointment type and charges everyone the same. Your fund sets the rebate, and it varies by fund, by policy, by whether the appointment is initial or subsequent, and by how much of your annual limit remains.
