Rotator cuff injuries are common and can affect your quality of life. A rotator cuff injury is a tear or rupture in one or more of the four muscles that form a cuff around the shoulder joint.

The four muscles that make up the rotator cuff are:

  • Supraspinatus
  • Infraspinatus
  • Teres Minor
  • Subscapularis
