What to expect when you arrive

We are on the ground floor at Shop 4, 23 Fairwater Drive. Parking is free and off-street, right at the door — worth knowing if you are arriving sore or with a pram.

Monday and Friday run through to 7:00 PM, and both weekend mornings are staffed, so an appointment does not have to come out of a work day.

You can book yourself in without a referral. Bring your health fund card and the rebate is claimed on the spot through HICAPS.

Frequently Asked Questions

Answers to the questions we hear most from patients in Spring Farm and nearby suburbs.

Can I book with a specific practitioner?

Yes. Each practitioner on our team page links straight to their own calendar rather than a general queue, so you can book with the person you have seen before.

Is there parking at the clinic?

Yes — free off-street parking directly outside Shop 4, 23 Fairwater Drive, at every hour we are open. The clinic is a ground floor shopfront, so there are no stairs between the car and reception.

Do you treat postnatal patients near Spring Farm?

Yes, we offer postnatal chiropractic care to help new mothers recover, address spinal changes from pregnancy and birth, and support overall wellbeing.

Are you open on weekends?

Yes. We are open seven days: Monday and Friday 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM, Tuesday to Thursday 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, and Saturday and Sunday 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM.

What should I bring to my first appointment?

Your health fund card, any relevant scans or reports you already have, a list of medications, and clothing you can move in. Allow 45 to 60 minutes for an initial consultation.

What positions are used later in pregnancy?

Side-lying and specialised pregnancy cushioning, rather than lying face down. From around the second trimester, extended time flat on the back is also avoided.
